After a spontaneous idea sparked over a glass of wine, local theatre lover Emma has taken the plunge into directing — and the result is Variety of Villains, a high-energy, family-friendly stage show with a deliciously mischievous twist.
This original production brings together a line-up of beloved baddies, toe-tapping numbers, cheeky comedy, and plenty of surprises. But don’t worry — this isn’t your typical tale of good versus evil. Audiences can expect a night of laughter, dazzling costumes, and a whole lot of heart as the “villains” get their moment in the spotlight.
“I wanted to create something fun, fresh, and just a little bit wicked,” Emma says. “It’s been amazing watching this idea come to life, thanks to a phenomenal cast and a behind-the-scenes team that have poured their creativity into every detail — from the choreography to the costumes.” Whether you’re a lifelong theatre fan or just looking for an entertaining night out with the family, Variety of Villains promises a show full of charm, chaos, and characters you’ll love to secretly root for.
