SYNOPSIS
Agnes Nitt leaves Lancre to seek a career in the Opera House in Ankh-Morpork. When Granny Weatherwax realises that Nanny Ogg has written an immensely popular “cook book” (under the nom de plume “A Lancre Witch”) but has not been paid, they both leave for Ankh Morpork to collect the money. In the meantime a ghost stalks the corridors of the Ankh Morpork Opera House, leaving strange letters for the management and….killing people!
This comedic murder mystery spoof of the “Phantom of the Opera” follows Granny and Nanny as they (along with Agnes) investigate the ghost and are soon involved in all types of skullduggery, mayhem and splittingly loud singing.
A treat for all Pratchett fans!
